These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Skedaddle website and waitlist. This is placeholder content pending legal review.

The service today

Skedaddle is currently a pre-launch waitlist and marketing site. There is no live matching product, mobile app, or paid service available yet. Features described elsewhere on this site (Tribes, Family Pods, Community OS, Connection Graph™) are in development and not yet available to end users.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to join the waitlist. Skedaddle does not yet have an age-verification mechanism in place; a minimum age requirement will be defined and enforced before the matching product launches.

Your account and data

Joining the waitlist requires only an email address. We do not currently support account creation, login, or in-product data on this site.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to submit false, harmful, or abusive information, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to Skedaddle's systems.

No warranty

This site and waitlist are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Skedaddle does not guarantee a launch date, city availability, or that waitlist signup guarantees access to the eventual product.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skedaddle Enterprises, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms as the product and legal review evolve. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
