These standards apply to the Skedaddle app, published by Skedaddle Enterprises Inc.
Our standard
Skedaddle has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion and any content or conduct that sexualizes minors. Any such content or behavior is prohibited and results in immediate account removal and reporting to the authorities.
Who can use Skedaddle
Skedaddle is for adults aged 18 and over. Family features let parents describe their children's age ranges to find other families, but children do not have accounts and no child's name, photo or contact details are collected as part of a family profile.
How to report
- In the app: every profile, chat message, post and story has a Report option, and you can Block any user at any time.
- By email: support@skedaddleenterprises26.com with the subject "Child safety report".
- If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
What we do with reports
- Reports related to child safety are reviewed by our team as a priority.
- Content that violates these standards is removed and the account responsible is banned.
- Apparent CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement as required by law, and preserved as the law requires.
- We cooperate with law enforcement requests related to child safety.
Compliance
We comply with applicable child safety laws, including reporting obligations for CSAM under U.S. federal law.
